2realise recognises that the key to its success is having skilled, dedicated and passionate staff to fulfil the organisation’s mission and vision. We have a strong focus on staff development for our team and the role of each staff member is crucial to our ongoing organisational growth.

Being successful with our ISO 9001 accreditation in April 2015 reflects our commitment to quality and continuous improvement for our customers, stakeholders and employees so that we can assist young people to realise their potential. We are responsible for ensuring that through established standards and measurements, the level of quality in provision of services at 2realise exceeds expectation of customers, funding bodies and stakeholders.
