The 2realise ‘brave’ program empowers young people by improving their physical and mental wellbeing, so they can be more resilient and reach their potential.

Through engagement in physical activity, the program uses an interactive approach to promote reflection and self discovery.  It is tailored to suit the needs of a group of between 15 and 40 students. Every week students come together for two hours; participating in vigorous physical activity followed by a healthy snack and workshops focused on empowerment and well being.

Utilising physical activity, predominantly boxing, as the key engagement tool, students are also taught the importance of regular exercise along with participating in a range of interactive activities focused on increasing positive thinking, courage, mental and social resilience and preparing them for the world outside of school.

Each student makes their own unique progress throughout the program.  Some dramatically increase their physical ability whilst others are seen to be more confident and learnt to recognise the positive skills and attributes they hold.

2realise partners with local business and community organisations to ensure participants in the program are given every opportunity to make lasting improvements to their well being.
